We regularly represent clients in the criminal courts. We can offer advice in relation to cases in the following courts:

We have developed strong working relationships with the local Procurator Fiscal’s office, and other professionals involved in the administration of justice. These working relationships assist us in ensuring that appropriate action can be taken on behalf of our clients with a view to ensuring a positive resolution.

We can offer our clients Criminal Legal Aid to assist in funding the defence of your case to minimise any hardship that would otherwise be caused.
